DIY Fall Wedding Decoration Ideas | Rustic Wedding Decor | Dollar Tree Fall Wedding Decoration Ideas

hey guys welcome back to my channel
today I have a rustic glam fall wedding centerpiece and setup here we go some of you guys have been requesting
for me to make more fall wedding setups and I had a request to make a set of the
pumpkins and I had another request to make setups with some flowers so I
decided I’m going to put in the two together and I hope you’re not
disappointed that I’m not using bold colors like orange and red as the fall
colors are because truthfully I am NOT a bold colors type of person I’m more
thorough I’m more into the lighter colors so if
you do want to use bolder colors go ahead and substitute all right guys
let’s get started about this beautiful plastic pumpkin at Michael’s on sale for
$10 I love it I think it said great buy number one because of the size it’s a
good size for a centerpiece number two I don’t have to paint it it’s already done
for me and number three it comes with a
container that you know if you want to use fresh flowers you can fill it up
with water wonderful you can use this as home decor you can use this for wedding
and you can use this for many years to come so you want to reuse this over and
over so you pretty much pays for itself and for ten dollars it’s a great back so
now what I’m going to do is I am going to cut this but I don’t really want to
damage that because you can also use it as a trick-or-treating bag I’m trying to
find many uses for this although my daughter is kind of like probably those
I want to trick-or-treat anymore but then right now I’ll trick the tree let’s
see if I can get it through I did yes ha and here it is all intact I
don’t even have to cut it nice so I like to do just put it back whenever I want
to use it as a bag yep before several arrangement I have to place the floral
foam inside the pumpkin and as you can see in here the pumpkin is hollow and
very wide in size so I am going to use the plastic container that he came with
and as you can see also here this floral foam is way too short and I’m going to
need the assistance of this round floral foam to go right at the bottom so I’m
going to just place this inside and I’m not quite to use glue because this is
going to be pretty slow and it’s not going anywhere
it’s like perfect it was meant to be and I want to start with the arrangement I’m
going to start with my ivory hydrangeas I got these 40% off at Michaels look how
beautiful they are they are so pretty and it looks so real I’m in love so in
love I cut my ivory hydrangeas about three inches long and usually I like to
place a flower on each corner of my floral foam and then work from there on
but since I have another type of hydrangea I’m going to concentrate on
using this lighter ones to the front of the arrangement so far I’ve used only three of the ivory
hydrangeas from Michaels because they are pretty full and I love it now I’m
going to use a bouquet of this beautiful burlap hydrangeas from Dollar Tree and
I’m cutting them about 4 inches long because I want them to stand slightly
higher than the white ones here I’m going to add the rest of the white
hydrangeas to cover up the floral foam back here the actual bouquet came with
five so there’s three and now here’s two and that should be enough to cover the
back area I’m going to add a little more of the burlap hydrangeas right here to
the middle to separate the color now I’m going to add a few of these
beautiful burlap sunflowers from Dollar Tree I’m cutting them about five inches
long so I added these sunflowers in between
the ivory hydrangeas and the burlap hydrangeas to break it up a little and
this is what it looks like now I’m going to use this oversized
burlap rose from Michaels I actually bought this a couple of years ago I have
him as the core in my living room for my bookshelves but this morning I saw it
and I was like you know what this will look so great with the arrangement today
so I’m going to use it I still see these at Michaels and Hobby
Lobby so don’t worry if you think that about it so long ago because I still see
them all the time yeah so the only thing about this is that it’s way too big it’s
oversized so I’m going to take away some of the leaves at the bottom to make it
fit or so you can look better on the arrangement and here it is love it now moving on to make my table number
and the challenge here is to place these number one stencil right here on top of
this pumpkin so what I’m going to try to do is make another stand salt out of
this painters tape and I’ve never done this before so you are going to be
making this with me it’s just an idea I had and I’m going to see if it works
okay so I have two strips of the painters tapes laying on top of some wax
paper so I’ll be able to pull without any problems and now I’m going to trace
the number 1 right on top of the tape here it is you can barely see it but I’m
going to go ahead and cut the number 1 right here with my craft knife and here’s my number 1 and now I’m going
to place it right on top of my pumpkin and then I’m going to trace it and I’m going to fill it in and here it is all right guys this is ed
this is my centerpiece for my rustic Glen fall wedding setup and I love it
I love the whole mixture of the pumpkin the sunflowers the birla and of course d
hydrangeas because with a hydrangea there’s no wedding
now this for me I see you know I love hydrangeas and how cute is this pumpkin
as your table number so cute the stencils made out of painters tape
totally work it was my first time trying it any totally work love it alright guys
